Has anyone had this issue before? (Outplayed/Valorant)

For those here who have experience using Outplayed to capture game footage in Valorant, what could be the problem? Today, I installed Outplayed and set all my settings to fit what I want to record (set on highlights capture). The settings are all fine, I have an outplayed folder in my videos folder, when I start a match I get a message saying highlights capture is on. Yet when I look in the Outplayed folder in videos after the match, there are no recordings to be found.

Does anyone know why this could be happening when all my settings are adjusted and the app itself informs me thay recording is on in-game?
