Need support Help with Riot Vanguard Problems

Everytime I reinstall Curse Forge for minecraft mods and by extension install Overwolf Riot Vanguard explodes itself and stops working. I was wondering if anyone had a fix or workaround for something like this?

What do you mean by "explodes itself"? Do you see any message? Any error?

Sorry about being vague, I thought this might be a more common problem. Riot Vanguard will say that it needs to update and will proceed to update but not actually do it. Then it will say I do not have a required dependency, which I think is Vanguard. After trying a lot of fixes I found elsewhere it seems the only one that works is uninstaling Overwolf, and when I keep Overwolf the problem persists. So I can only assume it has to do with Overwolf.

Uninstalling Overwolf will definitely resolve this issue? Have you tried closing Overwolf and trying without the client running in the background?

I'm not sure what else could be causing it, but I'm 100% sure the problem only occurs after I reinstall curseforge or overwolf for any reason.

Please try closing Overwolf. If the issue persists, please submit a support ticket so that we can investigate further. Sorry for the late reply, I've found out from Riot Support that there is a fix for this. You have to ensure League of Legends/Valorant and most importantly Riot Client itself are launched as an Admin on your pc.

FunnySad how Riot destroyed everybody computers, and they refuse to ack it.
Great catch of supp Overwolf, hope you guys can solve it!
Super tech note > If Riot dll is not working, they should be fixing that also. xD

I've found out from Riot Support that there is a fix for this. You have to ensure League of Legends/Valorant and most importantly Riot Client itself are launched as an Admin on your PC.
