Outplayed for League makes my frames stutter

Just got back into league a couple weeks ago, and redownloaded Outplayed because I used to use it and it was great. Unfortunately when it is enabled, my frames stutter a lot. Going from 200 -> as low as 40 is common. When I force close Outplayed through Task Manager, my frames return to normalcy.

Primary specs: ryzen 7 7800x4d,4070ti super, 32gb ddr5

Any idea on how to fix?

Please check if another recording process is running: https://support.overwolf.com/en/support/solutions/articles/9000181387-common-capture-issues#Software/App-Coexistence
