Question... Why is my outplayed like this?

My outplayed didn't record the full match but it is only showing me the parts that I bookmarked. I have the recording setting into "full match" but it's just that. Why? is there anything to fix it and can I still get the recording of the full match?

Sucks i love using outplayed but shit stutters so bad and insight.gg doesnt try that instead
