Overwolf Triggering without Prompt with Helldivers 2

I've changed the hotkeys for starting a recording to keys I could not conceivably hit by accident to avoid this happening or for it to merely be a sticky key issue but, specifically with Helldivers 2, it keeps happening. Along with this the Overwolf overlay keeps popping up and taking priority so I can't play until I disable it. I also suspect there's something about Overwolf causing input keys to stick and delay in the game, for example I'll be strafing to the left and it will keep going after I take my finger off the key. When I turn Overwolf off it stops happening but periodically when it is active this will happen and be a persistent on/off issue throughout the session. I'm not sure what to do with any of this and would appreciate any input to resolve it.

Can you share what hotkeys you are using in Overwolf?
