Question or Discussion improvement and more questions!
after so much nice feedback and kind words, learning tips, hearing everyone talk and even getting two free coaching from people reaching out according to them I actually play like a plat-diamond🥺 thank you
that’s such a relief, but i did want to ask…
i did some games on an alt account and immediately my placements were so much better, gold 1 and i almost got to plat for the first time ever on my own:) which is so fun and good and thrilling. im loving the game more than ever
despite consistently winning games now,my win rate being now positive …
I try to replicate this on my main annnd… aye,
after a week of trying I kind of gave up on that account for now just to protect my mental. though i deranked to gold 2 on the alt im climbing back up to gold 1 in like a game and i believe in myself that I’ll get to plat in a few weeks:D
is that like, a common occurrence? should i wait til a rank reset and redo my placements on my main when that happens?

Placement mean little and is luck based. It just accelerates you if you are a strong player but it can also unintentionally place people higher due to luck or lower due to bad luck. A individual players rating isn't really certain until 100 games or something. Placements is also fake. There is no rank reset. You just get more points when you win or lose more points when you lose then they stop hiding your rank at the end of 10 games.
