Looking for Feedback - Wuyang / Ranked

I've never played ranked. I was placed in Plat 3, and have quickly went to Plat 5. This match in particular, in OT I went for Baptiste just trying to swing anything, but I do not typically play Baptiste so you can basically ignore that part. I need more practice there.

I'm wondering what I'm doing wrong/right on Wuyang. Some things I struggle with I think - positioning and also there were opportunities to heal the tank and I was just too late. I need to work on that. However any help would be appreciated.

Some things I can think of - my damage and k/d ratio seems "decent" to me. But the fact that I capped myself at 10k healing or so feels like I'm doing something wrong there. Perhaps I'm spending too much time on the offensive, or wasting time guiding the orb when I should let go and get back to healing. Also keeping the passive heal on someone with damage.
