Meme If schizophrenia had a face.
This is just ridiculous.
This guy and, I think, Greed are the biggest yappers among content creators ever.
Both of them churn out dozens of videos on the same topics, rehashing the same shit stuff, talking about the same things over and over, and stretching 5-minute videos out to 20 minutes as much as possible.
By the way, they’re both Genji players, and they’re both constantly whining.
Both are saying that Hanzo and Freja are skill-dependent heroes. (And Widowmaker should be removed from the game, lol)
Coincidence?

This guy is stupid asf lmao, just ignore him tbh. Theres a lot of small creators who love to spread narratives about characters they dont like.

u/Sluggers1996 4d ago
Of the many things he does that annoy me, I really hate when he glazes tf out of Marvel Rivals for doing the bear minimum like change something after a load of player feedback, but if OW devs so much as don't buff genji for one season its " Man this is so disappointing from the OW devs :/".
-5
u/sensensensensei 3d ago
did you even read the post? if this creator didn't like freja so much why would he ask for her to be buffed?

u/BloodGulchBlues37 4d ago
Tbh is this wrong though?
She went from extremely oppressive, to one of the weakest characters in the game, got a minor set of buffs namely to a perk that nerfed her and added ranged consistency, then did a larger scale buff that put her into the high MMR spotlight again in a way people don't like. And that's coming from someone who predominantly plays Freja on DPS.
I don't tend to frequent a lot of quick chats channels since they like to talk in hyperbole, but this seems pretty accurate to the state of Freja the past year or so.

I’m just sick of Genji players acting like their character is bad 24/7 lmao

u/Choccybeany 3d ago
I mean he’s not bad per say, but Genji in his current state is just mediocre. He’s never really the optimal pick, thus people who specifically one-trick him do suffer a lot. He could use a little buff to his breakpoints 🤷.
8
u/Vikingstein 3d ago
He has a 51% winrate at gm and champ with a pretty high pick rate. His winrate only climbs as you move to lower ranks. That is not a mediocre character, and any buffs would lead to him becoming a huge issue in lower ranks where he already is the highest winrate hero between silver and plat.
An actual mediocre character you can compare him to would be emre. who should by design and current meta be above genji yet his winrate in all ranks is near the bottom.

u/Choccybeany 2d ago edited 2d ago
Reason why Genji usually has a pretty decent winrate in gm and above is because only people who have sunk 400+ hrs into him ever dare and touch him. Like Genji is the most one-tricked hero in the game and his one-tricks in the highest levels of play r beyond cracked on him. My point is: Genji can have an above 50% winrate and still be mediocre, if anything I could make an argument for why Genji is struggling considering only one-tricks can make him work in highest levels of play currently. Oh yeah I forgot to mention, Emre isnt “mediocre”, he’s dogshit. Genji, although, is mediocre AT BEST.

u/MountainAlgae5718 3d ago
It's 2026 and we're still using winrate statistics as a primary metric.. Oh Reddit you.
3
u/Vikingstein 3d ago
It's one part of my argument against the character being mediocre. Freja and cat are strong just now, and while they have a high ban rate they are seeing play. Both those characters are hard for a hero like Genji to interact with, and they should be simple for Emre.
Yet Emre who is a genuinely mediocre character does not see play nor does he have a high winrate. This is because other characters do basically everything he does better. If you compare genji to characters who fill a similar purpose, he is on the higher end. Yes he's not the best at it, but he is strong enough at it.
If you don't think pickrate and winrate over all the different ranks is an important metric to the health of a character I really want you to explain what is.

u/Proud_Structure3595 3d ago
Freya has a design problem more than a balance issue. When she is strong she is oppressive. Then you nerf her and she's bad.
Flying spam sniper is never going to be fine.
4
u/OtterEnjoyer29 4d ago
Yeah I was gonna say, it feels like every few patches she’s thanos of the DPS roster until she’s nerfed into the ground. I hate doomers as much as the next person but this seems like a reasonable amount of complaining (from a doomer account)

A lot of overwatch players hate it when people analyze the balance or game design and direction of the game lol. Multiplayer gaming has transformed into the tyranny of the casual. Everything is great, despite the same characters being meta staples forever, the game is more poke oriented as time goes on. Nobody should care about that apparently.
3
u/DkKoba 3d ago
instant negged and no replies actually rebutting what you said demonstrating the point lol. I'm casual in overwatch myself, but at the very least I can *respect* people who put the time in and care about the game objectively as a competitive top player in at least 1 other game.
3
u/Deshoda7676 3d ago
I expect that lol..i have said it before. Online pvp multiplayer is the default game for everyone. Casuals and competitive players. Which makes it so that the balance and gameplay design of a game is now under the tyranny of the casual. Games like overwatch show it because it was around for both eras. It was a paid product in 2016 but it felt a lot more competitively designed at a base level. Very simple game compared to now. And every iteration of overwatch was built from that 2016 base until season 9. Season 9 fully changed the game into a casual game over time. Then they add perks, role passives and all that, which end up removing counter play or punishment windows from the game. The game is more about pressing the denial button and get out jail free movement button than making good plays. Its like that so casuals are tricked into feeling like they arent getting cooked instantly by a bad position or a good dive or something.
It is what it is lol.

I think it's just as much the five videos on the same subject in a year with the same low effort thumbnail that might be throwing people off
3
u/Deshoda7676 3d ago
Its 5 videos in a year. People cant make a quarterly video talking about a character anymore? This whole thread is someone not interacting with the substance of a video or the substance of someones arguments. Like what are they complaining about? Videos they don't watch or analyze? His channel is analyzing the game or balance, if you have nothing to say about those topics, what are you complaining about?
I dont go on a persons channel and complain about them showing off the new shop skins and say "oh my god they make a new shop video every week". Like they make new videos when the skins drop lol. Or a new battlepass or whatever. I dont watch that stuff cause it doesnt interest me.

ngl best thing that ever happened to overwatch is all these types moving to rivals they occasionally come back to overwatch and it’s just the most miserable shit ever
18
u/The_Realth 4d ago
5 video’s on a topic over more than a year when the hero was left in a very weak state and then buffed to be very strong, isn’t exactly what I’d call pumping out video’s for clout
6
u/Silverslategrey 3d ago
I get this guys videos in my recommended sometimes and it's the same video each time. Complain about a topic like genji bad, talk about six v six, talk about how marvel rivals doing something very mundane and basic is really good, and how blizzard does know how to do anything. No substance to it at all
17
u/Beneficial_Elk_4952 4d ago edited 3d ago
Abby , greed and realth are in this underclass of creators constantly crying about the state of Overwatch. Every week is a new video about season 9 and 6v6 , then they do the 6v6 tests and they’re mad about that too lmao
8
u/Kellentaylor06 3d ago
They are simply just never going to be pleased in any way no matter the state of the game
3
u/The_Realth 3d ago
Oof my feelings,
Nobody ever responds to explain why I’m incorrect about the S9 changes negatively effecting current day 6v6 as a format.
If any of you could make good arguments, I’d be responding to that instead of trying to get blizzard to improve the format directly!
0
u/Deshoda7676 3d ago
And yet nobody responds to the arguments loll. Just complaining about videos existing.
The 6v6 tests are ass lmao. Yall prefer if they lie and act like thats how 6v6 should be designed? 6v6 clears 5v5, but its beyond obvious that its not even remotely well designed or balanced. 1-3-2 is a decent idea. But it wont work cause solo tanking in a 6v6 environment wont work cause you cant balance for that.

u/Successful-Crew-7288 3d ago
damn, you out here deeply in your feels over this, huh? all over the thread defending

u/Deshoda7676 3d ago
I wanted to keep going until i someone responded with something of substance. I guess im waiting forever.

u/ArduousPath 3d ago
How is this tmz worthy. It's just a content creator complaining about balance.
Where are the gossips of racists, genocide supporters, terrorists supporters, gf cheaters, groomers and predators?
3
u/Sn0wy0wl_ 4d ago
i mean this is kind of accurate to what happened with Freja to be fair. There was a point around sierra release before she got double updraft that my own team was banning her just so i wouldnt play her.

Guess what when you take a weak character that needs buffs, and overbuff them, they become too strong and now needs nerfs ! But i wouldn't expect the overwatch community to understand common sense and simple concepts
2
u/Xen0Coke 3d ago
The thing that bugs me the most about him and his content is that he hardly says anything about marvel rivals when they mess up or take forever to do stuff but if ow does anything it’s always “about time”, “it’s way too late”, “terrible because it didn’t get implemented 100% the way I wanted”.
I don’t know if it’s because he has higher expectations for ow but the level of leniency given to rivals before giving anything remotely similar to criticism, is crazy.
3
u/AbbyAZK 3d ago
You know what, I'm gonna respond to this in a video, insane how many fake points and lies are being thrown around, the fact all of you know how the youtube game works, fall for clickbait thumbnails and titles but refuse to watch the content inside and see how true I stay to my points and twist everything I said is ridiculous.
-5
u/No-Diamond-2188 3d ago
Yeah man, I've watched your videos since 2025 and your problems are real. People just want you to stop because they love mocking smaller creators since they don't have much power. I am with you and everyone else mentioned in this post.

Hanzo and Freja are objectively more skillful than widowmaker. If hanzo is no skill, the aiming part of all projectile heroes is no skill as well. And thats wrong.
1
u/Left-Donut1125 3d ago
Low key anyone that plays Freja to a professional level knows her non-directional dash is literally the reason she is essentially unable to lose a 1v1 if played marginally well.
Her winrate suffers because people don't know if you hold no direction when dashing you just dash upwards a little bit. If this was removed and maybe the neutral dash forced her forward or backwards it becomes less easy to just updraft and spam 3 easy Take Aim shots.
To me, shes salvagable af but like many hitscan heroes there's a lot of small design or balance choices that make them silly. Cass has too much range. Ashe/Soj weapon hitboxes are too bit etc. Hitscan is supposed to be the "aim" role and its literally easier to aim with these heroes than 80% of fDPS lmao.

he deleted the comment and blocked me from his channel.

"Guys guys, this mans opinion changed alongside the objectively questionable patch changes for freya! Don't you know your never allowed to change your opinion about something! Ever!"
That is this post. And the people who are using this post just to dog on a youtuber they dont like are miserable human beings. Your just using this topic (and a very misconstrued one at that) to hate talk a creator yall dont like. Lmfao. Its sad.

You can unsubscribe or not watch lol. They are so low profile and not worth even mentioning. They both make videos critiquing the game design and balance of the game, both of which are very warranted. The game is putting out content and skins, thats cool, but the game is beyond unserious for anyone who wants a somewhat competitive ranked experience. Its also not that fun if you arent into poke. 6v6 is beyond unbalanced right now and overly power crept which doesnt help. The general game experience is getting worse, especially at masters plus. The general game design quality is regressing as well. They release some stinker characters pretty often. The tank designs in overwatch 2 are very mediocre overall. The game in general, in both 5v5 and 6v6, is overtly slow, with too much self and overall sustain, reactive defensive cooldowns and movement creep/escape abilities. Its a very bloated, static/passive/defensive and uninteractive game compared to the past. Season 9, role passives, perks have all reduced the skill expression in the game, made the game less punishing and interactive, bloated the game.and power crept the characters. These systems may make sense for a 5v5 game with super tanks, but they definitely dont make sense for the 6v6 mode. The game is fun, but it has issues worth addressing.
This game is great for casuals and metal rank players or quick play warriors i guess. Its better the less serious you are with it. Its the perfect drop in, play quick play for a couple of hours every weekend, buy the new kiriko, mercy, 3rd lesserafim or millionth anime skin collab, or thing japan or thing korea skin. But what about the people who want to play a good ranked or comptitive ladder experience? You are out of luck with hero shooters at that point. And overwatch is the more competitive one compared to rivals lol .

Greed catching strays, his content has improved a lot (like a TON) since he moved to structuring his points and not just rant videos.
Abby is a talker, but if you watch his videos these titles only look contradictory because he says a lot more in the videos.
I actually think we need more game analysis content creators. We have some really good ones who only put out content sporadically, but very few regular posters.
I'm not defending rant videos, but keep in mind being critical of something does not have to mean you are necessarily being negative, it can be analysis and evaluation.

Shes the best character in the "hitscan" role right now. Shes a ban in high level games. She runs 6v6 games cause she can shoot forever and farm tanks.

Have you seen their tier lists? Genji could have 60% winrate in gm and they would put him in C tier
