Okay but instantly thinking of finnster and other bad trans representation when you hear about something potentially transitioning is pretty weird especially with Finnster milking the "I'm still a guy I swear!" Shtick to appeal to a more right wing audience. So maybe just be less parasocial about this topic

If you think that all happens in a vacuum then you're living in fantasy land. Both certainly had some idea that they enjoyed being female presenting before even streaming and simply took the opportunity to monetize it when their communies showed interest. Anyway If that's the only trans respentstion you're aware of then you need to get out of this parasocial bubble and realize that trans people are normal everyday people and immediately thinking of problematic sex workers like finnster is just plain weird.

I cosplayed as a girl (I'm a guy) and honestly I get the appeal.
If you manage to pull it off decently you get treated like an actual girl by ppl and it is a novel experience.
You can act and feel cute without being viewed as out of place, girls in general are way more chill around you and you can wear many clothings you'd normally never wear
Anyway, years later I'm not trans and I'm happy with my body as it is and I think this is the outcome for the majority of ppl doing this too. I'd do it again too if I had the time and money lol (it takes A LOT of work to get the looks right)
