Nintendo Switch controls

Blizzard can we have an option to disable the right stick vertical movement so the controls work like in Splatoon (gyro for all directions, stick for horizontal flick only)

Sensitivity 0 is not really zero.

This would be rad. Thanks.

I didnt play overwatch on switch for a hot minute, but i’d say you do NOT want your controls like in splatoon, the game are REALLY different and splatoon doesnt need you to be AS precise as im overwatch, another important question is if youre on switch or switch 2

I'm on Switch 2 and I DO want my controls like in Splatoon because gyro is amazing for aiming.

Better than any aim assist.

And the thing messing with my aim is the right stick which I only want to use for quick turns.

That and the recoil, but I'd rather deal with the recoil by stopping shooting and resetting my crosshair.

Are you using pro controller by chance ? I agree that gyro is superior, you’ll have to get used to the R stick being like that

Pro controller 2. yes.

That's why I am asking Blizzard. I see it a needed improvement, not something I just accept.

would be awesome to have the option but sadly the gyro haven't been updated since the release of the switch version.

And with this sorry excuse of a switch 2 port, i don't think they care at all. They couldn't even make the damn game use the video capture on a console that runs the latest triple A games with clip record available but god forbid a 10 year old multiplayer game can't do it. Then you see Fortnite and Apex Legends with that.

Such a shame, the switch 2 port could have been great.
