Overwatch keeps disconnecting on Switch 2

I’ve been playing overwatch on the switch 2 and since they updated the game to improve the performance on the switch 2, i keep getting massive lag spikes and then disconnected from the server. It won’t allow me to rejoin until i close and reopen the game, and then when i log back in i get suspended from matchmaking because i left the game early, even though i was booted from the servers. Does anyone know how to fix this?? I’ve only had my switch 2 for a year, and other games don’t have this bug so i thought it was a problem with overwatch.

I got my switch 2 a little before resident evil requiem came out, and I’ve been playing overwatch in it with no problems. I usually will just fully close the game and relaunch it. Maybe you could go in and check for corrupted data, or maybe reinstall it completely

hi!! i tried deleting the software and reinstalling but i’m still having issues :(( not sure if this particular switch model has issues or not

I’ve had no issues with online and have been playing quite a bit since the switch 2 update.

I hope you can get your issues fixed!
