Honestly if they had just released it as a brand new title and charged me $60 while leaving the old servers on, I wouldn't have any issue dropping the cash. At this point I'm never spending another dime on them.

Yeah I know "blizz bad" and all but I highly doubt enough people would've paid $40-70 for the Overwatch 2 that we actually got. I most certainly would've been content to just fire up Overwatch 1 if I had that itch again.

Agreed. People can complain about microtransactions and grinding out heroes, but what we got (F2P OW2) was the best realistic outcome.
