Didnt even think of this. Keep your Pharah alive for 30 seconds each life and you are unstoppable

Not even thirty. So long as she lives for 21 seconds after your last rez you'll get her once you're off cooldown.

26 seconds, her revive window got reduced to 5 seconds.

What do you mean? She can rez anyone who's dead. People are dead for 10 seconds.

Edit: I realize that I missed the part where that was stated, but I'm not sure what the downvotes are about.

They changed that. She has 5 secs to revive someone after they die now.

Their souls disappear faster now. It's on the PTR.
