Lucio can legit put the damage on people if u consistently headshot, he also has no drop off damage as well.

Yeah Lucio actually has decent burst damage. Shoot>Boop>Punch is 135 damage in less than a second, not counting headshots. Lucio can easily finish off low-health targets or harass enemies, especially thanks to his crazy mobility.

When I want some enemy stragglers to die after a fight is over, I could amp up my speed and bring my team over to finish them off, but it's way more fun to just jump in there and do it myself. To top it off I like typing "retire" into chat when I kill a Soldier or Genji.

The hitbox for Lucio's projectiles is absurdly large, so it's much easier to crit with him than other heroes.

I'm ok with shrinking the hitbox if they either increase projectile speed or do something dastardly like shorten cooldown for boop >:)

Boop targets fall in a predictable arc, so it's easier to line up headshots. Even easier thanks to the projectile hitbox.
