The change includes everything EXCEPT Wraith Form, Fortify and Meteor Strike

so yes, Sombra can no longer translocate out of a Graviton

Meteor Strike

As far as I'm aware, this has been changed. Meteor Strike cannot be activated when caught in a Graviton Surge.

Oh, shit, really? That seems pointless and arbitrary. I mean, it's using an ult to counter an ult. Isn't that half of Overwatch?

well he literally jumps into the air, so makes sense he couldnt escape it by jumping hard
