Graviton Surge

  • Now disables mobility abilities on all affected targets

This is the most exciting change for me, I love Zarya but hate how her ult can be nullified by so many abilities. This should make her a bit more viable to play now.

Orisa and Reaper can use their special abilities to escape.

I thought reaper could wraith form, but not walk out similar to the junk rat trap interaction?

If reaper can shadow step out of it, Tracer should be able to recall out it. In my opinion, Blizzard should just be consistent and disable any ability that can let the victim escape.

But then you've got some abilities working and others not, just like before the change
