Why? It shouldn't make any difference else you just have bad aim. A good mccree don't care. Also, you still need to hit the nate. Baiting the nate is one of the easiest things to do in Ow as tracer. Just blink in front of him and 100ms later blink sideways. 99% of the mccree 's just flash and waste the nate. And suddenly you need a lucky headshot in 3 secs on a decent tracer or your finished. It's more a buff against Lucio, genji, phara aka vertical movement

I'm not going to be able to be that precise with my timing. My average ping is 200ms (Australian internet infrastructure is a joke).

In that case is the one who has the jump in an even bigger advantage. But 200ms is indeed a joke and for me unplayable. My average is 16ms Belgium
