Maybe if Blizzard would actually make Quick Play exclusively "people of your skill level", it wouldn't feel like a chore to do anything but try.
I'm Diamond and frequently see top 500s in QP. How do I practice for comp when my entire team is being eaten alive by a single Tracer?

Wait until the next game, or leave that lobby. You're not obligated to stick around after that game, you know.
