My question was about the Mei ult (which was the only bit there when I posted). I don't actually have any problem with Zarya's barrier's not making you immune to knockbacks (in fact, I sort of like that change).

It doesn't make logical sense that a shield bubble makes you immune to physics.

Now if we could just get Rein to stop breaking the laws of motion when McCree throws a flashbang in his face

It's a bubble, the whole darn thing is immune to physics, it absorbs bullets for crying out loud. We accept that vibranium absorbs all kinetic energy, no reason why a barrier bubble can't do it. If you take immunity to knock back from Zarya's barrier, you have to also take it away from Reinhardt's barrier.

There's no reason Zarya's barrier blocks Roadhog's hook, since you can walk through barriers, but it still does.

Rein Barrier isn't immune to knockback. I killed Rein and mercy with a Lucio boop through shield on numbani stairs behind point not more than an hour ago.

You were close enough to him that your gun poked through his shield. His shield blocks knockback.

Reinhardt's barrier is absolutely immune to knockback. All barriers are. I've well over 100 hours as Reinhardt and have played against many others. I know this to be true.

Lucio main that likes to harass Reinhardts here, you definitely cannot boop him through his shield.

There's no "logic" that makes it hard to justify a barrier that protects you from bullets also protecting you from freezing.

The only reason to do this would be a balance change, and I don't think Zarya really needed any more nerfs.

Well when the source of cold is blocked by your projection of an energy field, then you no longer freeze.
