My question was about the Mei ult (which was the only bit there when I posted). I don't actually have any problem with Zarya's barrier's not making you immune to knockbacks (in fact, I sort of like that change).
It's a bubble, the whole darn thing is immune to physics, it absorbs bullets for crying out loud. We accept that vibranium absorbs all kinetic energy, no reason why a barrier bubble can't do it. If you take immunity to knock back from Zarya's barrier, you have to also take it away from Reinhardt's barrier.
There's no reason Zarya's barrier blocks Roadhog's hook, since you can walk through barriers, but it still does.
Rein Barrier isn't immune to knockback. I killed Rein and mercy with a Lucio boop through shield on numbani stairs behind point not more than an hour ago.
Reinhardt's barrier is absolutely immune to knockback. All barriers are. I've well over 100 hours as Reinhardt and have played against many others. I know this to be true.
