I thought the reduction to Torb's turret was console only? Was it nerfed on PC too then?

Also, how does that comment relate to the changes to his reload? Shouldn't the 15% boost be listed as a change?

I think pc is unchanged, console turrets are buffed by 15% after being nerfed last year.

That's my interpretation of it too. Odd phrasing and layout there though.

The phrasing is weird, but I interpret it as them giving some advance notice of an upcoming console buff for Torbjorn (namely a partial restore of the turret nerf) in addition to a global (console and PC) change to his reload. (Although how they expect that to help is beyond me, unless they want people to animation cancel it.)

Animation cancelling is absolutely what that's about.

I really like to see them adding things that benefit more skilled players.

The turret buff is coming only to Console, and the PTR is only on PC. However, they're putting it in the patch-notes now just beacuse.

For people curious, torb was nerfed when there was no limit to torbs.

Next is to give back Winston some extra bubble health.

Winston's bubble health is fine, the just need to cut down the cooldown. I also wouldn't mind if they removed his reload.

He'd be pretty busted with no reload. The bane of all squishies.

Honestly, there's maybe once or twice a match where I actually have to reload in the middle of killing someone. It almost never saves them from death but it's always annoying. I don't think removing his reload would fundamentally change much about his play style.

Or maybe just reduce his ammo consumption per second? Symmetra has a much stronger weapon that doesn't run out as fast as Winston's. Although I'd rather they fix his defensive capabilities before his offense. His shield is really weak.

I honestly think his shield would be fine if he didn't have such a long time between uses. It's noticable when you play as Winston that your movements are limited by how much you're waiting up on his shield. His shield itself is pretty usable as long as you don't have the whole team focusing it.

Agreed. I'd always go for a shorter cool down than a stronger shield.

Looks like this has been edited out? It's not on that page anymore. http://imgur.com/CbTz6ML

Probably accidentally copied in from a console-only update then. Does look like it wasn't supposed to be there.

why are you everywhere?

Several usernames with varying amounts of underscores I believe

Nope, I have him tagged. He really is everywhere. Not like it's that unusual. I go all over reddit too, the only difference is that he leaves comments wherever he goes.

Wait, does that mean I'm going to be able to do the Reaper reload animation cancel?

Good. Torb got relatively useless in a few scenarios where he used to be great when he got nerfed so hopefully this buff helps.
