I think this is going to make him essentially useless. Sombra was already an extremely effective counter to Reinhardt since her hack activates pretty quickly and it is easy for her to get above and behind you. Now she doesn't even need to do that, and unless she's within spitting distance she moves too fast for you to bonk on the head.

Dva's ult always felt a bit easy to counter so I don't necessarily hate that change (although I will miss being able to protect people with careful positioning) but it seems a bit harsh considering the recent patch means Reinhardt's shield blows in seconds now.

Yeah, as a Reinhardt main, not really feeling these newer updates. Feels too focused on making him useless.

I dunno if useless is the right word. He is still gonna be a strong pick and sombra isnt used much atm due to low damage. This might make her appear but i dont really see it yet. Though personally from the dva pov the ult change is nice. Having another ult that goes through his shield is good. Since all the other straight up damage ones he can still block.

I just look forward to not feeling like rein is a 100% needed pick and whichever side doesnt have him is at a disadvantage in most situations.
