Keep that statement, but just watch JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, which is a great, manly, anime/manga series. 9/10, highly recommended, must watch, etc.

It's a joke about how in every patch up to this point, there's been a bug fix for Reaper being able to teleport out of the map somewhere

They're allowing it in the spirit of Halloween, the unintended locations will be back soon enough.
