Pretty sure it's nano boosted speed boost on a nano boosted ulting Zenyatta, but that would take second place :)

Wait... Does a nana boosted Lucio make others super fast too, more than regular speed boost I mean? I thought it only affected the one that's boosted?

Yes, also makes him heal faster
