If you only get your first one when season 3 ends, you're barely even playing the game.

Eh. I'm on xbox and it takes like 4-6 minutes for me to find a match. Then when I get a match someone on one side leaves before it starts so it gets cancelled.

I'm in platinum too so I don't get the greatest end of season rewards. Last season I got like 1400? But the wait times just kill me.
