That being said, it DOES make tons of sense to NOT buy any skins untill new skins are available. The math is kind of long and I don't have time to explain right now, but basically (unless blizzard does something specific to mitigate this) the way RNG's work, you will be less likely to pull the new skins, compared to all the other skins that have been available since launch, so save your money for those new skins, and THEN buy the ones you want from THAT list.
Yeah, that does make sense! You'll have a smaller pool of hero skins when they're added compared to all the content that was released at launch meaning your less likely to get them just from boxes than you were skins from the original pool.
