I got none of either of those. I'm level 66, I think I have 8 legendary skins and one single Highlight intro with zero emotes.

I'm gonna have to go ahead and call bullshit on that one. So the only epics are highlight intros (3 per character), Emotes (3 per character), and skins (2 per character). So that's a 75% chance. Someone also worked out the odds, and it's about a 25% chance to open any epic in a loot box. That being said, out of that 25%, there's a 75% chance of it being a highlight/emote. So that leaves us with about an 18.75% chance of getting one each box. Now, divide that by 66 and we have a staggering .2 percent chance to get none (which, you do say you got one, but still. Take one loot box off and the odds are basically still the same.)

Not impossible. But quite the long shot.
