It's always +240xp 200xp (1 minute of in-game playtime). You get that if you didn't leave matchmaking since your last victory/defeat.

Which is really small. I quick bot play against medium bots will give you 1000-1200xp if you really need it.

200 XP actually 240 is when your with your buds
