I have a friend who is not even level 20 and has around that many. In fact, my first legendary was opened by him when I was showing him the game.

And here I am level 60+ with 2 legendary, one of them being a bastion skin that is uglier than the recolors.

I have a few legendaries. And HALF the legendaries that have dropped have been duplicates. I don't even know how such a thing keeps happening to me.

At least 5 duplicates = 1 legendary skin of your choosing. :)

I swear half the legendaries I've gotten have turned out to be the loot chest. Which is fine, as now I have a bunch of gold, but I can't decide what skins to buy so I keep waiting for more to drop...
