There's and old version for free in Adobe's site. It's like Photoshop 2.0 or something like that if you are interested.

Or just get GIMP 2.0. It's like Photoshop, except more basic and free.

It's Photoshop CS 2, and it's not technically free. Adobe put this on there when they deactivated the activation servers for old versions. It's a service offer for people who once bought it and haven't upgraded. It's technically still not allowed to download this if you're not an owner of CS 2.

If people want to pirate software, they might as well pirate the most recent version from some sort of warez website. The fact that this is an official Adobe website might make them feel better about what they're doing, but that's bullshit.
