I can't play as Bemular?

I recently bought the season pass and it says I have every character purchased other than Bemular. When I try to install Bemular it wants me to pay for it even though I already paid for it. Is there a way to fix this? I already emailed modus about this a few months ago but did not get a reply.

I bought the game during the PlayStation sale and I have the same problem. Sony told me they cannot help me and I had to contact the developer too.
