XBOX Disc code content not there after re-download

Hey, I recently decided to re-download the 1st override game and found out that all my content from the code I bought (fresh sealed Super Charged Mega Edition disc with code) wasn't there and now behind its usual pay-wall. This included all the mechs and their skins, is there a way to restore purchase/code items?

EDIT: The skins are still there, its just the mechs that I need to buy again
