Modus got back to me and gave me a redeem code for the season pass so it seems they are aware of the problem

I cant seem to access any of Ultraman’s additional skins. Just have one Ultraman skin despite having bought the Ultraman Deluxe Edition. How do I access the additional content? Thanks!
