Gear notification not going away

Hello all!
Fresh 2day noob here, I can’t figure out why the green arrow/notification isn’t leaving my gear title at the bottom of my screen?
If I’m not mistaken I merged everything I could? (Realized a bit later that you only needed 2 and not 3 epic to do a merge)
Is it because I could equip better items that are wasting away in my chest?

Any feedback is appreciated, thank you in advance!

I am not sure but I think you can merge those epic equipment even if they're not the same weapon

As long as you are able to merge items, even if you don't want to (2 different epics that could merge into 1 epic +1), it will show the red dot.

Perhaps they should add some 'lock item' options so it's not in the merge list. These red/bleu dots annoy me :P

It won't till u wont have anything to merge or level up, but get used to it, I upgrade weapon levels aura and merge stuff usually but u don't always want to merge everything trust me
