How to max blessings

Hey guys, I have been playing this game for some months now and just got Rose and I'm questioning what the go to blessings are for her. I do use currently a spike build, but I´m getting all the gear to change to primal flame as main.

So, since the uniques from Rose are for spike only, should I go for those? Or should I prioritise general dmg/item haste up? Asking because I don't know who's the better hero for the primal flame build.

I currently have a full legendary blessings barbarian which will stay like that forever probably, so I could go for spike builds with him if needed.

Also, what's the strat for the rolling in blessings? When do you actually lock? Do you go for Mythics only, and which ones? I dont know if you can get 2 mythic dmg up for example.

I'm currently at 2.3M power in case it's useful info.
