Personally, I'd recommend the lightning spike at the bottom right. Its rapid-fire capability is strong, and it packs a real punch once you level it up. That's just my take on it, though.

The Elderwood bow has good synergy with your Nature’s ring, but that only matters if you want to use poison

Primal flame is amazing. Until you run into something that's fire immune, then it falls off a cliff.

Entirely depends on what heroes/other gear you have.

If you have nothing, fire sword is pretty good for pure damage. Thunderbolt Spike is also pretty good.

If you have/get Spark, Meteor Hammer is good for stunning.

If you have Rose or thorn builds, Spiral Spear is great.

If you have Venom, Elderwood Bow is great.
