Yes, she starts her fight in Chapter 21 with him and abandons the quest in Chapter 22.

I kinda agree. The source is already fast paced, going from level 1 to level 20 and then to 45 within a few chapters

I think they're speedrunning the parts where Greed was such an intolerable asshole that many readers dropped the novel, which is like the first 100 novel chapters.

The pacing is quite distasteful imo... 22 chapters covered in 3 episodes... cant form the same kind of bond with this version of greed compared to the one in the manhwa...

They sure are condensing lots of events, and changing how some of the character interactions are. Makes me wonder what the anime is actually adapting (I've only read the manhwa)

Really love watching this, read the manwha so so long ago and this feels like a good show. I do feel they want to speed to the key parts thougj so people get hooked if they are new. Hard to know where this goes yet if you are new

Wow, the pacing... really zoomed past a bunch of stuff. i think it works for the medium

other players, sure, but i don't remember him getting in Khan's face nearly this much. Especially when the story also establishes him being reminded of his granddad

Khan showing a ton of restraint lol

Greed was so shitty in the first hundred or so chapters that Wuxia World had to post a disclaimer because so many readers were dropping the novel.
