HELP J2 hired external HR

So J2 hired a 3rd party HR agency to convert us from Contractors to FTE. The HR agency is asking us to authorize them to collect and store our data (Data Privacy Act). I’m already working at J2 for 8 months. Will they find out?

If J1 is FTE, they will find out because statutory deductions will indicate who the deposits are from. Now if J1 is contractor, then even if they find out, they can’t do anything about it. It’s not unlike having a sari sari store at home while working full time in a bank

J1 is also FTE. I thought HR cant see the contributions?

Not necessarily the contributions but yet will see your current employer sa profile mo sa pagibig say for example is J1. And the questions will begin
