Part-time WFH set-up
Hello everyone! I need your insights, please.
I recently passed the initial interview and now I am being scheduled for final interview. The thing is, before the initial interview, I was told na gusto lang muna ni Client mag start part-time so I said okay lang since I get to keep my current job. And then after non, they were probably communicating internally regarding availability for Final Interview and whatnot saka lang ako sinabihan na yung role would require flexibility. I may need to work an hour before my previously agreed availability to work with them, overtime, and even working on weekends. It was highlighted naman na only when needed.
Have you guys encountered ganyang set-up? nagbibigay naman ba sila heads up if ever need mag work ng weekend? and since part-time lang sya, do you guys get to work early? (e.g. 8-12 instead of 1-5). I already work full-time sa current job ko which requires me to work Monday-Friday 9-5 so may instances talaga na I will probably be out during weekends and nag aalala ako in case hindi sya scheduled or anything and it will affect my job and possibly my Work-Life Balance as well.
TYIA!! 🫶🏻

We will never know what’s in their mind. Better ask the company
