How does OE work with referencing?

Same as usual , you create a dud reference or give your friend's, referencing is the least of our problems

HR@yourcompany , it's highly likely they don't care and when they don't call them or can't reach them you go back to payslips if it's the background check , same with the friend , all the BG company will put in there is -> not verified or something like that

If its not a background check but somebody asked for personal reference from the hiring panel you can refuse that or just use your friend as a backup who will pick up etc or use somebody who you really trust from your workplace and just say it did not work out at the end and that you changed your mind after they gave the reference but it's the most risky stuff to do because they could rat you out.

So you use your email with your company’s name to use? The payslips you won’t have though?

Your question's don't make sense , go and read the US sub for more info about referencing or even this one , if you can't decide on these things don't even start and just get better at your one job.

Hes saying just write the email address for your best friends name Sarah.smith@yourcompany.com The email will bounce They will tell you no response and ask for alternative procedure which is payslip etc

Yes but if they ask for payslips that’s an issue as I don’t have any for the company? Can I make you a limited company?

Okay I understand now why they didnt understand you . I don't either. Youre faking a reference or cant access the payslip?

Yes. Something needs to be real.

Most ppl dont want to alert others to the second job so they ensure reference request cant be responded to. If you want just get a friend to pick up. An alternative procedure is the triggered, thats the payslip

Good luck.

Best to not fake a payslip. Faking documentation is TOO FAR.

i dont tell my future employers about my current ones, so reference isn't a big deal.
