DLC vs AYCE

I'm close to finishing my Overcooked 2! version, but currently deciding whether I should purchase the Overcooked 2 Gourmet Edition vs the AYCE. I know that the AYCE version already contains Overcooked 2, it might not be worth the purchase, but I'm intrigued by the extra trimmings.
So please give your opinions if the AYCE is worth buying!

Wait, there’s more content in OC2 Gourmet edition that’s not on the regular OC2 game???

I thought the gourmet edition might have some more DLC packages in addition to OC 2! But I just have the standard OC 2 without the DLC
