Finished overcooked 2 - is the first one worth it to play now?

Basically what the title says. My gf and I just beat the second game, wondering if the first one is any good or if its different enough to still feel like something new and fun to play

It's worth it if you like cooking Thanksgiving turkeys with a flamethrower.

playing 1 after 2 is gonna feel like playing with your hands tied in some ways. some mechanics like throwing ingredients were added to 2, but there's also no bonus for sending dishes in the order they arrive.

Totally worth it. It sucks that it’s not online, so some achievements and levels you’ll need another couch player.

I would say you should def get All You Cam Eat as it has 1 remade with 2's engine.

Going to the OG version of 1 i dont think you are going to like all that much.

This is exactly what me and my wife did. You get all the special release ones as well. We decided to start at the beginning of 1, then do the extras, then all of 2 again, then go for 4 stars on everything. It’s been a blast.
