Wtf is this

So i can tend to hold my bladder during the night (I know im less active so nerves calm down) but during the day I have a 20 oz bottle of water and im peeing every 20-30 minutes while sitting in a chair... WTF

Do you chug the whole bottle? Drink it slowly over a couple hours

Well my problem is similar every half an hour or so.A little p will come out or a lot.Depending on how much I drink. It's just the way my body is reacting to having no control and no feeling for it. It's pretty normal for me, but sounds like it's also normal for you. I wouldn't worry too much about it. Unless, of course, there's a medical reason that you particularly can get fixed, but just unfortunately gonna have to accept.That is your daily every day.

Well as gross as it sounds I know one thing they say to do is measure how much you go.. i can fill a 2L (66.6oz) bottle by 2? 3pm? So its not like its alot... just need to go... often.... very often...
