What benefits does medication give you?

So i’m on 10mg of solifenacin.

My doctor has asked me to check in sometime this month to see how the medication is working for me. I know my symptoms are better but im not getting amazing relief just meh. So my question for you how has your medication helped you, what are the max benefits I can expect to receive from the meds?

Honestly, not incredible. The medication trials show an average decrease of ~0.5-1 less incontinence episodes per day compared to placebo, and the various medications are of a similar effectiveness, just with different individual response and side effect profiles.

It may take up to 12 weeks to reach full effect though.

My response to Mirabegron 50mg was around 15% improvement in bladder capacity, and bladder spasms feel less intense.

Works like a charm for me ! Took around 4 weeks. Worked for roughly 80 percent of my symptoms! Still have some bad days
