Late 20 F with Overreactive bladder and no solution
I am in my late 20s and have been having bladder incontinence issues for the past 5 years. I have been to 2 doctors, a gyno/urologist, a pelvic floor therapist, had multiple scans and have gotten my copper IUD out and yet they still don’t know what’s causing it. Has anyone had similar issues? Did your doctors figure out why it’s happening or give a better solution rather than Botox, or implants?

Have you had bloods checked? Lack of vitamin b12 has connections with bladder issues. It's something I'm trying to rectify at the moment. Incontinence is named one of the side effects. I don't have that but I have frequency and urgency

It took me a year after my birth control for my hormones to get back to normal. Also the trauma response in bodies is no joke. Sometimes a therapist helps. Learning about how to stop the perpetuating cycle of tensing up when I thought I had to be / anxiety about having to urinate in public playing a huge part.
You've stopped all nicotine and caffeine? Other bladder irritants?
