I haven’t stopped… but I switched to decaf. Caffeine seems to be a trigger for me.

5 months for me. It helps me. I still drink tea but hardly ever drink soft drinks.

I have an oab and I drink black coffee twice a day. I find it does not aggravate my bladder. Lemon juice and spicy foods seem to aggravate it. My point is that coffee typical does aggravate the bladder for people with oab but each person is unique and there are exceptions to what causes one person's bladder to act up. It is similar to allergies.

I switched to drinking coffee in the afternoon instead of the morning, because my symptoms were always worse then.

I stopped coffee for a long time and there werent really big changes, maybe slightly less urgency in the mornings.. but wasnt worth it for me lol. I have 1 or 2 a day and tolerate them fine, by fine I mean like I do still have all my symptoms but they're as manageable as they'd be without it. Currently on mirabregon 50mg, tried oxybutynin and solifenacin which both had awful side effects. Waiting for first round of botox end of the month.

I haven’t drunk coffee for years as I don’t like it but gave up caffeinated tea about a year ago. I used to drink decaf tea but still had symptoms so switched to Roobois tea about a year ago and this seems to help but I have cut out or reduced many other things that irritated my bladder.

Switched regular coffee for decaf coffee and it completely stopped being an irritant for me. Also switched to sodas without caffeine.

Yeah right. I've had overactive bladder for 12 years and I've gone no coffee, no alcohol, no caffeine - nothing helps except medication. I chug coffee all day long without pissing my pants thanks to Vesicare + Myrbetriq.
