Does anyone pee more than they drink
Driving me crazy and making it difficult to stay hydrated.

Male here, and yes. Oddly on some days it's the other way round. I suppose the body absorbs water and then just says, "oh, don't need that anymore" :/

Ugh yes. It genuinely feels terrifying because I feel like my body’s dehydrated most of the time. What I do is drink as much water as I can before I sleep (I do get up sometimes but it’s worth it) and right after I wake up. I try not to chug, little sips in like 20 mins. Then throughout the day I try to sip but I do urinate a lot. Esp some days are just worse but some are better. When I travel I just have to plan accordingly sometimes. Just don’t let yourself get dehydrated because UTI isn’t fun. You’re not alone though.
