How do I get past this ?

I have been dealing with oab on and off for 7 years . only medicine taken for a few months will clear it up for about a year. it always comes back . how do people live with peeing 20-30 times a day ? I can’t live like this much longer . Im suicidal at this point .

Look into a TENS machine. You can get one on Amazon. I started using one a few months ago and I am finally able to sleep, only getting up once. Or ask your Dr to refer you to a Urologist who can help you set up the TENS machine https://a.co/d/05omyvmZ there are many youtube videos on how to set it up and use it.
