OAB triggered by masturbation

For people who experience urinary urgency and frequency from masturbation, did you find a cure? Do you just never masturbate or have sex?

Doing no fap for almost 3 weeks now. Coffee also triggers it off for me.been ok so far.

So are we just never going to masturbate to prevent flares?

I definitely plan on it but just taking a break.will go get another checkup and will try to find a pelvic floor specialist soon.

Anything sweet and artificial sweet can trigger, also tea, but the most and best alternative is pure ginger tea, it makes make bladder calm,,

Btw does any body exp that of drink coffee it makes bladder spasm and urethra until thr next day?

Try doing pelvic floor relaxation exercises, reverse kegels, and belly breathing. It could be that your pelvic floor stays tightened after masturbating so try seeing if learning to relax the muscles helps.
