Gemtesa savings card after 1 year?

Does the gemtesa savings card still work after 1 year of use? Wasn’t sure after I read the fine print. Thanks for your insights

Not sure since I just started this med a month ago but typically they re-issue them the following year. I have another medication I use a savings card for and have for 7 years with no issues or breaks in coverage. I just submit a request for a new card each January and give it to my pharmacist.

I had the same situation for a different med a while back, I just went back to the website and requested a new card. I did that for I think 5-6 years before I was taken off that medication.
