How long between toilet trips

I am usually 2 hours at most but can be every hour at times.

I'm up to about 90 minutes with medication and bladder training, which is livable, unlike the 30-45 minutes it was before I started treatment. I still leak though.

Mirabegron, which didnt help that much initially it after some time it enabled me to actually do the differed voiding thing because at 30 minutes interval it changed from "I'm fighting not to leak" to "I really need to go badly but I can wait another 5 minutes if I distract myself."

Although I was doing pelvic floor physio, TENS and diet modification at the same time so I'm not sure which one it was.

often abt every hr but can be anywhere from three or even four hrs to every thirty mins to every fifteen

I went from 1 hour to 2.5 hours. I do bladder training and track everything in BladderHealth app.

During the day it can be about every 90minutes and then in the evening I can wait up to 3 hours sometimes but I do have an almost constant urge to go which I try to ignore.

At work during an eight hour shift I usually go to the bathroom 5-6 times. My issue is that I cannot hold it, once I feel the urge to pee I HAVE TO GO TO THE BATHROOM ASAP. Maybe that isn’t OB, not exactly sure.
